Booking: Open gym needs no booking; clinics via Telegram, max 8 people.

  • ·Squat/deadlift clinic — Telegram booking, max 8
  • ·Platform 90 min — book for comp attempts (tag on board)
  • ·Personal coaching — 24h ahead; 8-session pack

Cancellation

  • ·Personal cancel 12h ahead or 1 session lost
  • ·Clinics cancel 24h; no-show — 30-day clinic ban
  • ·Day pass — no refund after entry

Safety

  • ·Spotter required on bench/squat above bodyweight
  • ·Bar collapse — immediate rollback; repeat — expulsion
  • ·Heavy deadlift — partner mandatory; staff won't spot ad hoc
  • ·Own belt/knee sleeves preferred; rental after inspection

Hygiene

  • ·Chalk only on platform; clean marks after set
  • ·Towel on bench required
  • ·Flat-soled shoes; running shoes on platform forbidden

Gym rules
