Booking: Book WOD with name, date and morning/evening slot; trial free once.

Booking

  • ·WOD booking via WhatsApp/Telegram: name, date, slot
  • ·Trial class free once; confirm within 2 business hours
  • ·Open gym without WOD — membership entry, no booking
  • ·10+ min late to WOD — wait next slot or open gym

Cancellation

  • ·Cancel class 6h ahead — no penalty
  • ·Under 6h — 1 session deducted from pack
  • ·Unlimited: 3 no-shows in a row — warning; 4th — 7-day pause
  • ·Team plan: one member cancel does not free team slot

Safety

  • ·Mandatory 3-min briefing before every WOD
  • ·Olympic lifts only after intro session with coach
  • ·Spotting on pull-ups and muscle-ups — coach decides
  • ·Injury on class — logged; first aid at desk

Hygiene

  • ·Own mat for floor work or rent 150 som (sanitized after)
  • ·Chalk for kettlebells in containers only
  • ·Indoor shoes only; street shoes in locker
  • ·Towel on bench and bar required

Age

  • ·Main classes 18+; 16–17 with written parental consent
  • ·Kids WOD separate slot — ages 12–15, Sat 09:00
  • ·Pregnancy — scaled WOD after coach consult

  • ·8-class pack activates on payment; valid 45 days

Freeze

  • ·Unlimited — 14 days/year free (24h request)
  • ·8-pack — no freeze; transfer to friend once (500 som fee)
  • ·Team freeze — whole team only, not one member

Guests

  • ·WOD drop-in guest — 1 200 som
  • ·Bring friend to trial — both −10% on starter pack
  • ·Open gym guest without coach — day pass only

Photos

  • ·WOD board photos welcome; faces need consent
  • ·Reels with @busisart — chance for Athlete of the Week
  • ·Commercial filming without permission prohibited

Gym rules

  • ·Dropping empty bar — warning; with weight — out of WOD
  • ·Don't touch others' rope or kettlebell without asking
  • ·Talking during briefing — leave zone until end
  • ·Coach lowers weight — final decision, no ego-lifting
